The plaintiffs were seeking a summary judgement from Judge Hogan. Pretty much asking him to look at his original decision.

That was denied in an 18 page thorough response.

I know some people may think it would be material nature, but it isn't. If they had succeeded, it would have just set a further date for another hearing.
