How the hell can the old school be short of cash.

Between them, in teir recent years of demise they have sold 150 million shares that cost them 3/10THS of f.a. per share in tranches ranging from a dollar per share down to a few cents per share.( then again,,,opes whipped the carpet out from under a heap of them....remember how the sp tripled once that overhang was cleaned up recently)

As (ex) company directors, you have a responsibility to all shareholders to maintain and build share holder value for ALL shareholders...It's in the company charter for Pete's sake !

The old school had milked 10's of millions of dollars between them, and artificially devalued the company which is currently valued at around 100 million dollars on the world's best commercially proven Coldry technology alone .

If they had stayed true to the company charter, and each other, the share price would currently be similar to WEC's.

They would be extremely rich old men now..Team playes they are not.

The sooner their remaining few million shares exchange hands,,,the sooner the sp will return to a rational sense of fair value..compounded by the spike in price expected from the first jv deposit.

If there are Tata Johnson rumours of shenanigans and Biswash plays in the mix, it's only because we draw closer to jv's with BIGGER global brands, in tandem with the soon to be completed Vic Cap JV, and Insto/broker road shows.

Interested and accumulating ESI share holders who are in a position to capitalise on the old,school's ''need to sell'' predicaments or indeed any sell off tactics that they may also be effecting for a self perceived second bight of the cherry, using methods that worked for them the first time around,,,should buy the carpet from under them....After all it's only pay back....
