EnviroStar Energy Limited (EEL) wishes to inform you that it has
extended the date of the last day of Rights Trading of its 1 for 2
Rights Issue from Friday, 5th July, 2002 to Friday, 12th July, 2002.

This extension of the date of the last day of Rights Trading occurs
as a consequence of EEL having extended the closing date for
acceptances to Friday, 19th July, 2002 at 5:00 p.m. (Please see EEL's
letter to shareholders dated 21/6/2002).
