+++++++++++++++++++++++++ EnviroStar Energy Limited is pleased to announce that the site work and site services has now commenced at the company's Green Power Project in Morwell, Victoria.
The commencement of the work was necessary to comply with the State of Victoria Environment Protection Authorities (EPA) Works Approvals and Planning Permits.
The funding for the project is expected to be finalised once the performance tests of the 5MW Stapylton Green Power facility is completed in September this year.
The progress of the site work at Morwell project will provide a substantial commencement of construction at the site.
The Morwell project, which is fully permitted and has been, granted EPA Work Approvals and relevant Licenses, will have a nameplate rating capacity to generate 20 MW of Clean Electricity and it is the first Green Power project granted with the EPA License in the State of Victoria.
The electricity generated (of 165GWhr per annum) will be sold to Energy Australia under the already signed long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPA's).
Phase one of the construction for the site work involves sub-soil compaction for about 8,000 square meter of area. The company's Development and Infrastructure Manager, Mr Deepak Kumar is managing the site work program at the Morwell site.
