you may not see gpe this low again folks I'll shut up for a bit, but just to let you know. GPE power plant is plugged into the Grid. Dallion Coal gasifucation project is ready move forward, a 100 million dollar debt facility is now available to the company. This could be quite a play for the upside :-)
