Further to the Revenue projections that I posted last week on EEL (Envirostar Energy Ltd). After further study of the Assirt Equities Report and other available material I have illustrated a view on where we could anticipate the EEL Share Price to head to over the next 4 -5 years. The following based on a total issue of 125 mil shares. (Currently only 57 mil on issue).
Operating Revenue
2002 2003 2004 2005 2006
6.32 Mil 26.5 Mil 40.17 Mil 54.64 Mil 69.93 Mil
Corresponding Operating Profits
2002 2003 2004 2005 2006
2.88 Mil 16.12 Mil 24.6 Mil 33.5 Mil 42.82 Mil
MegaWatt Production Capacity from Power Plants
2002 2003 2004 2005 2006
25 45 65 85 105
Share Price Projection
2002 2003 2004 2005 2006
$2.00 $ 4.70 $7.20 $9.80 $12.50
Corresponding Market Cap based on approx 125 mil shares which includes future issues for rights issue, GEM finance facility and excercise of options.
2002 2003 2004 2005 2006
$250 Mil $587 Mil $900 Mil $11,225 Mil $15,625 Mil
Does this all stack up? It Certainly makes it look very inviting at the current levels of sub 20c.
If all runs smoothely then we should be happy chappies, but even if it only gets half way there then its still a bargain at these levels.
