Tensions in the Arab gulf should get the oil price heading north. It's really interesting with the split as the Saudis have their own terror link issues and a rather expensive trial looming. The real victims are the poor destitute foreign workers of the gulf region who earn less then $1 an hour in slavery.
If the oil wasn't there the gulf states would be fighting amongst each other in an ongoing tribal conflict.
