Interesting to follow these threads and comments.
Not certain if you refer to RM by spelling it differently than on AZY's website on purpose or for other reasons.
Simple thing that some could use as a weak link in anything you say.
Lies damn lies and statistics replacing lies with 'facts' that are obviously subjective if the disagreements above and in multiple threads are any example.
Couple of years will put this phase in hindsight where I expect both GGP and AZY will be different.
No idea what or how other than speculations along the lines by various posters being partly accurate and inaccurate.
Hopes/wishes for all:
Mine development at Minyari. Who owns it 2-5 years down the track - unknown. Where the ore is processed - unknown. Place your bets on a billion dollars or so of real estate.
Telfer: Realisation of the resource potential that was left by NCM/NEM being considerable at a relatively ?high AISC.
Havieron: Hopefully getting mined under a pretty water tight seal.
Exploration: One or two more new interesting Au discoveries. (personally looking forward to drilling at the Serrano and wider area - may not be huge but a nice satellite wouldn't hurt.)
O'Callaghans - monetised?

@jogo commented that AZY didn't know what depth of cover was.
Depends on what you meant by that. My take--
AZY came in around 2010 and had access to many open files - still available.
AZY had a fair to good idea of cover from these IMO. However, the initial interest was in ground they picked up from Glengarry as shown in the 2011 prospectus.
Glengarry +BHP and others had drilled in what became the Citadel area showing cover at <100m that AZY picked up and subsequently found Calibre with some 80m of glacials and sand cover.
Over the years AZY added tenure with a focus on shallower cover areas.
Open files showed 1990s NCM drilling at Havieron and surrounds where cover was in excess of 400m (BUT with some interesting alteration and intersections). Much of the area they did pick up had relatively shallow drilling and some outcrop though exact cover was not known.
The basics of this 2023 presentation slides were, IMO, known quite early on by AZY. Magnetics help define this as well.
2015 that AZY gained tenure at Minyari. Don't know the details but they have drilled every season since then with the latest discovery being Geo 1 almost within sight of Minyari that gives encouragement there is possibly more to be found in their tenure..
Winu/Geo1 show why there has been a kitchen sink worth of geo surveys done over AZY's and 'competitor' ground since they gained tenure. Another discovery like Winu and the cost of these surveys would be covered many times over.
Doubt much above would surprise you Jogo.
