"Eventually there will be a knock on the door...and it may not be greatland." - Given the current knowns, personally I would be quite surprised if anybody other than Greatland came knocking on the door, but as you say you never know.
As it stands, giving the prospective and potential market caps of both companies, I could see a Scrip only offer of somewhere in the region of 15 Antipa Shares to 1 Greatland Share (obviously post consolidation).
