MYPRAVDA a couple that arent as discounted or rosy as MIX but in the same boat (wiped out by GFC but own assets and could either fly or die) and could spread your risk include:

BEC - Aust largest retirement village builder/manager was $5 before GFC now .08 of a cent - yes thats right .08 of a cent. NTA??? Will find out 30/8.

ILF - A AUS/US/NZ retirement village/student accommodation manager is 12cents with NTA of 25cents high of $1.50 and looks pretty safe

PGA was $7 now 3.7cents (although a marketing company so assets are the very unquantifiable people not buildings)

Please do own research as a couple of them have had share issues and could end up like AEZ/GJT so absolutely fritzed.
