Yes they are proving to be good management for unit holders by the looks of things and if the sale of the property on market now goes through alot of the mirvac loan will be taken out.Im still floating around with the report and think they will update the market at some stage soon to forward projection .

They seem to have a fair bit of cash backing in there now as well if im looking at things right .Im a happy holder and well lets say if they keep kicking goals i will be much more so and if comercial property keeps rising the share price should follow .

If they can do a buy back well you will be on the money with your projection and would make good sense for holders looking for an income off their units.At this stage i can only make out one property for sale and the others have come off market that were up for sale.
