I already knew about this, Uber. My thinking is that E.on are offloading an asset which will be maintenance intensive going forward. E.on are pursuing Decentralised Energy (which will still use the Mains Grid) but they're selling the Mains Grid because it will be maitenance intensive going forward. Just my persoanl take on this. Those E.on guys are not silly ; )
