A SEN Non-Executive Director is Chairman of EON Australia:

I'm assuming SEN's $2m investment was a sufficient chunk of EON's worth in order to secure a Board position. Given EON is generally reported as a world leader in VR, my extrapolation is the value of this investment has increased. And, if there is an IPO on NASDAQ there will also be improved liquidity for SEN's holding.
