    Personally I would rather a JV.....lets face it with a last traded price of 26c ELK is in no position to raise capital and no one would want to take on debt in this environment, potentially the oil price could fall a fair way... JV would de-risk the project for ELK.......I would rather a co2 flood, but that doesnt seem to be an option in which case better to get things moving with a chemical flood......
