    As far as I interpret the ASX announcement dated 2 May 2018, the ASX approval was not forthcoming, as such the Wailawi transaction is dead. I'm not sure if it can be reworked for the benefit of EOR shareholders, I suspect not.

    The only way the company's shares can get relisted is with a new project.
