But it at least shows this device still has a chance in the oshkosh jltv contract.
The humveee replacement oshkosh jltv 55,000 is broken up between US marines and the US army.As posted kongberg has won the initial order for the US marine jltv.as posted clearly stated in the defence technology article beating EOS.
But that still leaves the US army contract which this device has been delivered to.

hmm what does initial production mean.?
Do they have other orders.?other customers.?
A 80,000 ft facility is not small,does anyone know anything about its production.
Kongsberg appears to have been in the sector for many years,the eos 400 seems to be 'new',so the real question is its comparison with kongberg.?
lol just gave myself some home work to google if any comparisons on you tube have been made regarding the 2 systems,thats excluding a third player named in article.you tube does give some excellent military comparisons on most military equipement including humvee v jltv,hawkei,lynx etc.
If the eos system has some advantages ie they mention weight etc then considering its a new system it still has potential in the massive US market.
ps the US military doesn't include just any device from any company to spend time evaluating.
