Use your judgement. But I've made good money doing exactly that on a handful of occasions when the stock had been running hard, and then suddenly a broker flash-note appeared on the forum with a strong buy recommendation. When I see that, if I have enough of a holding to make it worth while, I set a tight trailing stop-loss (e.g. 6%).
It depends on the size of your holding and your investment horizon; both of which are probably very different to the broker and their majors.
