No, not dependable in the slightest, at present. Why? Because they aren’t delivering on squat - no new contracts, not meeting requirements of existing contracts, relying on forward payments against future deliverables.
Stable - Not as shown in the last few months. Losing staff beyond their ‘staff cuts’.
Respected - Not based on the above.
Competitors - everyone currently delivering new capability and converting it into contracts in Australia.
