I was thinking of this as well. I cant imagine these shares arent subject to six month escrow. The "generally" would usually describe the shares are sellable if certain things happen, eg takeover, buyback, death etc typical clauses in these sorts of agreements. A six month escrow is pretty narrow- not sure if they are using other ways to lock these guys in but cant imagine its the EM people selling shares.

The EM guys have already made a motza on their shares- the transaction has now become a lot more expensive given the boom in the share price. Lets hope they are motivated to drive growth.

We had an annoucement on 30/9 detailing the Space Comms business and noting imminent sales announcement- nothing released to date- could have been event traders who got in high sevens and now bailing out. That announcement could have been handled a lot better by the company- one lingering doubt is that the company is run by scientists and generals and not businessman- hopefully we start seeing some finese to the corporate comms and the marketing of the company even though the science side of the business is all set.
