You ask about the sp then move onto questions about the space technologies. As I have previous said the sp
is going to be motivated and pushed up very hard by the already developed, tested and fully operational weapons technology to which the US and its allies need and want.
As far as where can you find info on space junk try parliament house.
I believe there are a lot of people there with huge amounts of space between their ears who keep producing
policies that are fit for the junk heap!
