Ladies & Gents, let’s make some noise!
We have an Australian multinational with superior technology in Defense & Space, with unlimited growth prospects. Teaming up with companies like Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and probably SpaceX. The company is profitable and the profits are expected to rise exponentially, while the market cap is still very modest. Short term cash-flow problems due to Covid & delivery to the UAE are most likely a thing of the past in the next quarter. However, the cash-flow problems inspired hedgefunds to make bets against EOS. The company is in top 20 of stocks shorted on the ASX.
This is currently actually a sweet spot, as shorted stocks, with just a shred of fantasy, are on the radar of retail-investors everywhere, leading to superior outperformance. EOS, in contrast to most of these stocks, holds tons of fantasy, besides being profitable.
