Folks like Mark Zuckerberg (META), Jensen (Nvidia), Bezos (Amazon) sell their shares all the time as part of their rewards. Hardly a top 500 company where this does not happen. Its just how capitalism works and is not a sign one way or another in these sizes of selling shares. And yes it is tax paying season.
