    Statements about "High Energy Laser going into production" have been made since Ben Greene was CEO. How has that turned out? I've lost count of how many times we have heard that contracts will be signed in the coming days/weeks/months and then nothing eventuates.

    Until I see a Market Announcement that a contract is signed, I'll struggle to anything that is said as fact
