if by Land 400 phase 2 you mean the Boxer then yes EOS has delivered 45 RWS units. They are on the Boxer.
For the Redback, the Land 400 phase 3 Tender mandated the use of the EOS RWS. So yes, this is locked in regardless of the Redback or Lynx winning. if the Australian government had any operational issues with the EOS then I cant imagine they would force the use of it and put our soldiers safety at risk.
