I think it will be for me after picking up a parcel on 2/3 (ex div) at $3.98. - not to be confused with my LT holding. With Dow up close to 400 on Friday I am looking forward to a big payday in the next week or two. If you can manage a trading parcel, the wild fluctuations in PLS provide a market opportunity rarely seen.
