From simple finance perspective, PLS will exceed $8.47 before end of this year.
With the quarterly report coming soon, 12 months earning up to end of March 2023 will be above $2.5B ….
Spodumene price at 31/03/2023 still around $4300 USD…
China has to restock lithium in this quarter, so prices will improve…Long term price expectation is around $5000 USD…
By end of Q2/2023 , 12 months earnings will be above $3.5B …
After that it will be above $4B/ annum….
With a conservative P/E ratio of 6, market cap would reach $24B or $8/share….
At positive market sentiment , P/E ratio can go to 8 , market cap will be $32B or $10.67 SP….
Other Australian lithium miners are behind PLS in terms of production….
so only from financial perspective, PLS SP would go above $8.47 this year itself.
