If you simplified the share structure of the company there would be far less issues . You may get something actually done in a effcient manner and shorter time period.
too many boards of different subsidiary,too many egos no ones the whole thing is a gigantic mess. Withthis complex structure and mangement.
Just imagine how messy this company would actually be if you found oil and gas!!
No way would i invest in this mess.its probably best you dont find anything. None of you deserve success.
