Thanks for your detailed response. However, there is one important thing that u ignored:

The timing of the "deadline for CR" and the "expected results of drilling".

I think they way they constructed this timing is at least unethical and abusive. I am afraid shareholders will send the money before they know the results, but directors and well connected will decide to put thier money (or not to put) after they see the results. We are stupid because we are playing pocker against the directors while they see our cards but we do not see anything...even worse than the casino...
