I guess we will never know the story.. and that is the issue with these behind the scene saga's.
I have been involved in one a bit similar but at in that scenario there was an open letter to all holders which was much better imho.
I guess when people are trying to get a float up they can be pretty vulnerable.. and was it 20% plus or 9% that was put forward to the board?
At times business can be pretty thankless, imo if you are not happy the option to sell is entirely reasonable.. 9% trying to change the world does not wash with me.. but I guess that is a separate vote..
We will see if the board come out swinging I guess...
Irrespective, I think Tz is now the driver imho..
