This is another sign of the flexibility of Orbital's direct fuel injection system. Eventually it will be used on all engines that are now powered with gasoline in the armies of the UK and USA.
The present model is adapted from the Tohatsu TLDI engine to run on non gasoline fuels. Gasoline fuels in the Defence forces of the world is a hazard, OEC solves the proble - easily.
Just watch the slow rise in adoption of its technology, it is the best in the world and it is finally getting the recognition after all the manufacturers have tried everything to get around its patents.
