Maybe you could take Rob's suggestion seriously and you might just find the answer to some of the questions you posed.

Do you know anything about Macintyre-2? What happened with Macintyre-1? How deep is the primary target? Are there secondary targets and how deep are they? How much will they (I assume by your description that you are referring to BKP) and NTO have to contribute to the drill program? What are the respective interests in all of the permits/drills and who else is involved?

Every one of those important questions could help you answer whether "they" have got a hope and you will find them all in the latest NTO Shareholders Letter - as Rob suggested.
