Neil swapped over from MD and Mark moved to CEO Aug 2022, down from 65c to 10c on its way to 6c rights. Looking back SRK's pyrolysis was doomed to failure on light oil yields and gas content. Mark bought in liquefaction and here we are, almost there, bar the emotional fall from 10c to 3c on thje product surprise If he was to be changed out I think Alpha becomes much less likely developed and that would suck. All for Neil being more visible in promotion but I am pretty sure Mark can be GRV's Ken Brinsden and Alpha >$1.50 per share
