Yes thanks woody, I've always been a little sceptical about oilers contaminating the water table, the animation below shows a vertical well being drilled and then fracced, and at about the 3 minute mark you can see how they safeguard against this happening.

I suppose there's always the possibility of something going wrong, nothing is perfect, but on the whole it seems pretty safe?
