It would be a first for a TO to be a multiple of 5 of the current sp. Most likely a TO bid would be batween 50 to 75% premium. and that would be higher than the norm. As for voting - dunno if us mug shareholders would even get a look in. A hostile takeover would have secured the votes in the first instance.
I hope it doesnt happen but the way the cards are falling atm, who knows
