CRANSWICK that is incorrect the epa has said that the approvals process will be by public review it hasnt formally approved oakajee at all read the ann again keep this thread to facts.
the epa is saying it will be by public process that is the fastest way to get it approved just 4 weeks mid 2010.
EPA approvals in WA can take years ask gbg
so you jumped the gun but the ann is bullish in terms of the lenghth of the eap process will be quick
the iron ore sector is on the run boys and it aint stopping now the bdi is flying crb up spot price for ore up
mmx will not be under 2 dollars much longer
