A number of posters are blaming the EPA and the govt's etc. for holding back announcements. How do you know that is the case? What information are you basing that on?

You are all basing your comments, on GBG's comments, not the EPA's or the Govt's, which is a mistake.

GBG is not the EPA and knows not the exact timeline. Nor can GBG make or decide a FIRB decision. But they are happy to drop specific dates?

By giving specific dates in connection to the EPA, GBG were passing the buck as if the EPA are now holding up the whole show. EPA and Gov't will announce a decision in time and not much GBG or anyone else says can hurry that up much.
