The problem in NSW is there is no recourse to people lodging frivolous claims, they need to stump up some $ if it's found that they have lodged a claim that "their chickens arent laying eggs because there's a mine down the road" withoutany proof apart from because I don't like the mine.

UML (and CRC) have been operating within stringent guidelines from the beginning as great cost to the company and in return, the shareholders.

The NSW govt needs to pull their heads out of their proverbial and show there are consequences for frivolous objections.
