Certainly wouldn't require an announcement under listing rules. But when you are a small cap with no research firm covering you, best to announce anything and everything to keep everyone informed. Especially when it is such a news driven stock. Looks like its ready to pop up in a big way, I would load in more if I didn't have 35% of my SMSF already in this stock. I would be 100% except then my fund would be non-compliant
