    ...... I disagree, we do not have to fund the company.


    We have a choice.


    A company which has been highly unsuccessful in getting funds from others then shareholders does not deserve more funds unless they can show that institutions are behind them as well. Patterson don't count, they are well compensated for the risk they take.
