    This seems to be a minor incident but one that obviously hasn't been well received . No matter who left the asbestos there , you would think management would have the nouse to deal with it . Especially when they are attempting to gain permits for ''best practice '' pass disposal . It reeks of laziness or incompetence . Sorry for holders although I expect to be derided and have my motives questioned .
