The 'fit in a bin' pieces of ASB were found on tenant occupied by Global Contracting and Nagambie Crushed Rock and Stone, yes NAG owns the land but it is not on their PASS site.

So the EPA were called specifically about the ASB, the ASB wasn't found during a routine inspection, as in "Hey what is that over there?"

In my experience the ASB in concrete is most likely in the form of foundation footings (small amounts of ASB mixed in concrete used under the foundations that contact the earth).

With ASB to complete onus in on those who removed it as to it proper handling and disposal.
So where did this concrete come from?
    Who removed it?
Who Transported it the Global Contracting and Nagambie Crushed Rock and Stone?
Who at Global Contracting and Nagambie Crushed Rock and Stone signed off on receiving it?
Who at Global Contracting and Nagambie Crushed Rock and Stone knew it was ASB and didn't notify anyone to dispose of it properly?

At it's time on arrival at Global Contracting and Nagambie Crushed Rock and Stone all that was requires was the suspected pieces of ASB to be 'double bagged' and taken to an ASB disposal site. Small amounts like that in question could be disposed of a local tip.
