There is an issue called a Carbon Price for a start.
If they were to embrace Coldry for local use they may shoot themselves in the foot while putting their handout to the Fed for transition money.
Im glad our prices/VCPL is based on an export deal and not on local use, either way come 2014 its going to be sold.
