For all who are still interested - the EPA have just published our ERD document on their website.
This means they have accepted our ERD as final.
They need no more information & have no further questions.
They will now move forward to completing their assessment report & making their recommendations. Generally this process takes approx 6 weeks.
Providing the assessment is favourable TMT should have Epa approval before end Q1 2024.
And for those of us who have been paranoid about this process & apparent delays, the final revision is dated November 2023, so maybe our paranoia is misplaced.
Just maybe this changes the dynamics of this current merger situation & the No voters might actually have a point!
