I guess we might/should see in the scheme booklet what the way forward looks like, but I am guessing they will still be keeping it vague enough so TMT shareholders can't directly translate their future plans into 'hey this is all us, where is AVL's value add?'. And once the merger is done and dusted they'll break it lightly to AVL holders that their plans are on the scrap heap but never fear TMT's plan is great anyway and allows us to "keep" to our construction timeline, so everyone wins.

    Hi Rhys

Why would you expect the merger to go ahead?

I'm sensing pretty much universal demand from TMT holders to ditch the takeover and go it alone.

With $150 mil from Denmark and the real chance of a critical minerals grant of some real substance from the Feds ($250 - 300 mil seem to be common figures for other companies) then the capital needed has shrunk quite considerably if we start with $400 mil from those 2 sources.

    Vanadium was up 4% today

With EPA and NT done and dusted, it would only need a spike in Vanadium to $10lb and above to make the $$$ add up to a sound business plan pretty quickly.

I can see AVL / RCF throwing a last 'hail-mary' offer out there - 18:1 maybe - and that will get rejected as well I'd have thought.

TMT shareholders are poised at long last to reap the rewards - so why throw it all away with a massive dilution into a worthless company?

I suspect most TMT holders won't.

Not with permitting almost over the line. It changes the horizon massively, and for the better.

    Cheers
