    I think all of our spikes have been on the back of the vanadium price. Particularly 2018, that was where China introduced a requirement for higher vanadium content in their steel rebar, and I think as that came into effect, vanadium went to $35 per pound or something crazy due to a perceived shortage that never really came about with China's construction slowdown, and then everything else that has had happened between then and now.

    You can pretty much overlay the vanadium price against TMT and AVL's charts and they pretty much match.

    TMT has never had a shareprice that reacted to company related news, vanadium has never got the sustained attention that other metals have, and vanadium in general is considered a risky speculative investment, so I understand to an extent why TMT has never really increased in shareprice.

    I thought EPA approval would be a big derisk hurdle that would buck the trend, but who knows.
