If you take a quick at the paper, the EPA recommended it be approved despite some ‘grey’ areas eg works commencing in year 5…..(inside green box).??
However both there and in the consultation notes (below) AVL is commended for its’ engagement with the Yugunga-NYa Native Title Aboriginal Corporation;
And AVL reinforced this engagement on twitter the other day;
In regards the appeal I don’t think AVL would appeal against its’ own work however I did wonder (in regards the process of strategic ‘company building’, if this appeal is based on some minor technicality which might be able to be either easily resolved or withdrawn when AVL is also ready to announce significant other news.
