The appeals process is taking forever at the moment. I am working on the project where the appeals have been going for nearly 3 years. And the appeals convenor quit a little while back and now they are getting an appeals committee ffs.
regardless appeals can only be upheld if an EPA process was not followed. Looking at the available documentation I don't think this is the case so will get through eventually. Even if it doesn't, the minster can approve it without the EPA recommending it be approved. Can't see the minster rejecting it at all.
