Just an EPA update in response to what some people on this forum were stating about the EPA approval.
- AVL have responded to all requests regarding the appeal and currently there are no outstanding items. The EPA approval sits with the current ministers with the timeline to approval is currently not known.
- I can say with confidence AVL are not the appealer to the EPA. The person is known to all parties and is being dealt with through the appeals process.
Hope that clears this matter up for all holders and We can all be confident moving forward.
With the wider government supporting AVL let’s hope all the ministers can get together in assisting the EPA.
