hawk - you’ve sold out ages ago. And an appeal to an EPA document is normal, it could’ve come from anywhere, from even someone from HC
anyways better that the appeal comes now, rather than during construction or operation some issue is raised. We can keep progressing other items while this is resolved and I am sure between AVL, and WSP (consultant engaged by TMT) they can resolve any queries.
