To those incesant whingers complaining about the EPA delay I'd like you to contemplate the following.

1. Final documentation from GBG only submitted to EPA in January 2009.

2. Whingers begin complaining about EPA delays in February 2009.

3. GBG supplied the timelines - not EPA as whingers would like everyone to believe. It may not be delayed from an EPA standpoint. NO-ONE on here knows what is still involved in the submission!!! If you do, then speak up - otherwise you are simply whinging.

4. EPA submission delayed by one quarter as per information in GBG statements.

5. GBG in response, delays hematite production by four quarters!!!!!!! Explain that !!!

We are all pretty well aware of Gov't dealings and the EPA and clearly got your point about delays ages ago.
So be constructive and tell us something we don't know, please.
